Items taken down but buyers not refunded???
 

Hi just a quick question as I am rather confused. I have searched high and low on this forum and haven't found an answer so I thought I would ask.

If ebay has taken down my listings for limited selling history, but people has already bought from them (they were buy it now listings with 5 quantity) does the money automtically get refunded from my paypal account?

And seeing as it hasn't automatically been refunded and I can't contact the buyers in ebay (as far as I can see) should I ship the goods?

Oh and paypal hasn't been limited but ebay has 7 day selling restriction.

Very confused here and any answers are greatly appreciated.

7 day selling restriction? For vero right?

I suppose you could wait a few hours to see.

I'm only experienced with when they take down your listings to verify your identity. In that case I've normally still shipped out the items and kept the money.

Thanks for the reply, I didn't actually know anything about vero until I got my first notice. This is all very new to me.
