Selling limit reset

I have a 100 items selling limit. I listed an item, the first time this month and I received a warning stating that I was close to the 100 item selling limit. I thought the selling limits reset on the 1st of the month. How come I am receiving this warning? Anybody have this happen to them.

so for new accounts with this 100 selling limit, if you sell something on the 29th june, it gets reset on the 1st july yeah??? or literally 30 days AFTER that listing?
