eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Final value fee on shipping?

I listed 5 of the same items on eb*y in the clothing category. Shipping cost was about $5. The fee on that was 54 cents! That is ridiculous. The thing that confuses me is that i was only charged that fee for 2 of the 5 items. I dont get it. Was this a recent update?

You should get charged final value fee on all shipping. One thing is that if a buyer chooses a higher cost shipping option then you will only get charged final value on the lowest amount.

Did you maybe have Free shipping on the other 3?

Isn't shipping soon going to be add the final sale price to determine selling fees now.
