Hi there thank you for ASKPIN'S book i will be back ebay again,By the way i have some problem, these days i set up a new stealth account by myself, I want to try and every information is stealth and i use moblie phone verify and paypal use vcc verify, and i do it slowly and fooly just like a fresh.and i change the IP ADDRESS but yesterday i just list 1 0.99 item then i received a MC010 trigger. Now i just doubt if this new account has link with my old suspand account, Because the PC i used before with a suspand account, Now the question is i have cleaned the cookies and browse history, If my action is not enough or i need to Re-loading system or i need to do more I just welcome people to discuss this issue.

They do MC010 to a lot of new seller accounts. Also are you listing as a U.S. account and are in China? That can raise flags.

i listing ites as a china account and my stealth information is true like ID ADDRESS just the phone is not, But i don't think ebay will call you at that time. I still don't know what happened and what should i do next

Clearing cookies after every log out can be suspicious. What is recommended is to make a windows account for every account. This can keep cookies seperate. As for the IP, yes you should change that, unless you want to get a dedicated IP in some other way.

The MC010 can apply to all accounts regardless. If you have the ID you can definitely confirm. If you call in from a U.S. phone number (forwarding number), you can get confirmed without any ID. They may ask you some questions regarding your info. If not you may have to send in ID through fax (there are online fax services).
