How fast is too fast?

After I hit my 90 days on ebay, assuming selling limits are lifted, is it safe to start listing some buy it now auctions, in quantities of 10?

50 items per month... ?? 100 items per month?? I really cannot chance having ebay ask for my Gov't ID and also my Utility Bill, then my account is fried.
