UK resident trying to create (D B A)
 

Hi Great Forum you people have running here.. :)

I would be EXTREMELY grateful if you could give me some advice.

From listening to freinds and reading stuff I have been told that it would be a good idea if I get a business name so that I can open a bank account + merchant account.

You see at the moment I am trading with all my personal details and would LOVE to find a way to keep them seperate.

I have looked into LLC business and think this is to expensive as I would have to pay corperate tax, and enlist an accountant etc. I have also been told that a LLC business would be slight over kill for a one man band guy trading on ebay.

So this leads me on to my question

Would I be able to register as a sole trader in a similar way to LLC company and still be able to have a DBA (doing business as) title? and keeping all my personal details like real name and address seperate?
