CC that works with "verifying phone number matches address"
 

I have searched and cannot locate the list of cc's that work with verifying paypal account. I got hit with the "need to match phone/address" thang.......and it is asking me for a cc (guessing one that I can put the add/phone number that mathces in).....anybody who knows any, please PM me! or post the link that will take me to the thread.....I have had no luck finding it.....Thanks! :)

Vanilla Visa works ok once you register your zip code so that`s a first start for you.

Yes. Vanilla Visa works good. Or if you have a Netspend account, you can create VCCs that work just as good. Or you can buy a VCC from an authorized seller. I have bought from Axcend and his are good http://www.aspkin.com/forums/buy-sel...ts-axcend.html .. But there are other sellers that work just as good. Its where the "Takes Money to Make Money" comes to mind. Good Luck!
