eBay live chat?
 

Does anybody now how do I get into eBay live chat?
I have been trying in the past two weeks to use the chat, it appears closed all the time even in the chat open hours, when their phone support center is closed.

I have been trying to use these URLs, maybe they have moved to a new address?

The reason why I need the chat is because I barely hear the rep when using Skype to call them, and if I use a regular phone, an international call costs a lot.

I think the Live chat option got axed.

Very strange, why should they do that?
When I was using the chat, it took to the rep like half a minute or even more to answer each time I wrote something, so it seems they very pretty busy, many users have used this.
And then they just disable it...

Has been happening for weeks.

As usual, eBay's great customer service!

that sucks...i hate calling them there such a pain in the ass.

they arent axed..they just put it at end of labyrinth where you need to be a psychic or in KGB to find them, found them by accident and searching all the question options eg rules for sellers etc, to find them.

I last managed to get connected to the uk chat about month ago, but as usual they were helpless, though sympathetic))
But some two monthes ago I managed to solve some minor issues with the usa chat. And it happened three or four times during that month.
Yes, you just cklick everything inside the help section like a crazy and finally the link appears.
Still not sure if it works now.
