My eBay account is only a week and a half old. I was using aliexpress to sell an i68+ phone. Which numerous people are, even powersellers and top rated sellers. I just recently sold two sprint phones, two verizon phones, and two at&t phones. None of my buyers have left me feedback yet. How long should I wait to resell phones?

I suggest you read around the forums on this subject to better understand this area.....you are selling high risk (risk as perceived by ebay) items on a week old ebay account with little or no feedback history...your are comparing yourself against powersellers/top rated sellers.....that is a totally flawed comparison.....

Wait for your current buyers to leave you feedback, & maybe only list one or two items per week AFTER say a 4-6 week waiting period....pretty much the same advice ebay has already pointed out to you in terms of direction ('limited seller history') in that notice....

I sell high end phones, but even then I am very careful as to how many I list. My account is over 3 months old, but I've sold around 5 in that time. You've already sold 6 on an account much newer than mine!

My advice would be to slow down. Wait for buyers to leave feedback and then tentatively start selling again. Selling high-risk items is always tricky, don't make it harder for yourself.

Have you withdrawn the money from the sales in PayPal?

Yes, I have already taken the money out of my paypal. I am going to wait until I get feedback.
