new seller limit auto increase?

My accounts both were created around the same time ( seeing from the welcome to eBay message in my inbox) Both i started using in March 2011 but I spread them apart a bit ( two weeks). I treated eBay Stealth like my bible, I had plenty to sell but chose not to go into my old merchandise, I started with some things that were around my house: DVD's ,books etc and gave really competitive pricing, most on I offered free shipping and so on. I lost money on most but this did not matter, because in the back of my head I still had 5k worth of stuff I could not return laying around so this was my main focus. I made the accounts look so different that nobody would ever know....still doesn't. I was never asked for anything up until last month ( I thought I was gonna make it a year) and sent it in, the usual stuff was required so I got creative and sent it in. Back in business again and have no further problems.I bought both of those accounts here and they were not the only ones that I got but one went down due to my own accidental stupidity ( IP address stuff) oh well
I think this raising limit is totally a game because my accounts which are both about the same age have completely different limits so I don't think there is a solid rule to this.

I am supposed to be on "auto evaluation" for limit increases on the 18th of every month according to the eBay rep I spoke with in December. I have maxed out my limit of 130/$6500 for this month and was very anxious to see my increase today.

Have you noticed a specific time that the auto increases occur? And do you know if they are normally on the same date?

I am really anxious to know what my next month will look like that is why I am really antsy about this increase lol...thanks again!
