so what happens if my item bids up to over my selling limit?
 

i am about to list 2 things. one of which will sell for like 300 and the other over a 1000. i am not going to have a reserve. i am selling the cheaper one first. what happens if the second auction exceeds my selling limit of 1000? i already requested a higher limit and i guess i did not answer the questions right because they didn't approve me.

Just to get an accurate answer quickly I would simply ask on the eBay chat system.

Nothing happens, you simply make more than your limits. I don't know why you would even need to ask something like that, just do it.

You guys always say that on here but the chat system is fine. I use it all the time, I used it today. Its a little harder to find but still there. 8am to 5pm, maybe its the other way around, Either way its there and always has been.

Yeah I know it may still be there for some and hard to find but I was interpreting what unknown5454 was saying.

Please tell me where then. I and others have seen it "closed" every day for weeks. And even though you can go through the Customer Support links where it will actually say, "chat with us", there is no option but to call them.

Your item will sell, but as soon as your item price goes above your selling limit, you won't be able to sell or edit anything else, no matter if your item is still active or has been sold.
