reimbursement payment method

I tried to sell an item on ebay, however it's telling me I need to add a new credit card on file for reimbursement payment method".

I tried adding a Visa Gift2go card but it doesnt work for ebay anymore. It keeps telling me the "Card Identification Number" is wrong which is bogus because i checked and re-entered evrything three times. Still doesnt work.

Can anyone recommend what card to use?

UPDATE: OKAY NEVERMIND

The card still works! I just needed to wait longer like a day before the card is really activated. Ooops!
