BC of 1 buyer opening 2 cases. Both resolved btw. Anyway how long does cases open. Effect. Your account? The new update can't come soon enough. Opened cases against performance is just dumb

Man i feel your pain. I have 6 accounts that qualified for TRS and in two weeks i got cases on all accounts and the whole 6 went into below standard. Its a bloody joke, now im stuck with 6 TURDS! LOL. What this new update you speak of??
