ebay bussiness acount upgraded still limited to 10?

Upgraded my eb@y and payp@al accounts to business still limited to 10 items per month i thought you got 100 a month if you are business anybody know?:pop2:

IT still all depends on your history, what you sell, category, your registration info,etc. There is no set rule on getting 100 just to upgrade.
