MC021 FPA - Items shipped - Buyers filing cases and winning!! Please help!!
 

Hello

I sold some items on eBay and the listings were removed because I used brand name goods names..I had no idea this was against the policies since they were just iPhone cases with logos on them!

I had about 100 transactions..all my buyers got emails saying possible fraud and started filing cases and disputes. Opened today they are escalating and winning disputes. The items were shipped yesterday and day before and will take 7-15 business days to deliver.

However ebay is siding with the buyer and forcing the money out of my account.

Total transactions are about $4500 GROSS..Not net profit..Im so scared I dont have this type of money what will I do now that they are winning cases?! I will be out the cost of goods plus shipping...!!!!

If the case closes and buyer wins and gets their money back..and after 3 weeks its delivered, is there a chance I can get my money back????

even though it is just a case it has a LOGO on it. that makes it VERO. there is no way around it, its VERO
