Limits on new account?

Lets say I buy a stealth ebay and paypal account canadian. And the paypal account is bank verified and ebay is a seller account.

What will be my limits if its a brand new account.

What will be my selling limits per month once I create a fresh account. Im planning to sell random junk at the beginning to increase my DSR but how much per month of items can I list.

From reading other threads there is no definate answer. You will only now after you start selling. It might be 10 or you may get lucky and it could be much higher. It will probably also depend on what you are selling and in what catagory.
