shipping address for purchased item
 

I bought an item with my stealth account and thought it could be shipped to my PO Box, but turns out the sellers uses Fed Ex which wont deliver there. I have two choices on addresses...my parents house but my mom sold a little bit on ebay about a year ago has a 10 item limit and good feedback with no current activity or my neighbors house but it is 1 digit off of my real address which is a suspended account. Anyone have any suggestions? I have to send the address to the vendor through ebay messages because I already paid with paypal and am paranoid about them catching it. My stealth account is not limited and has been open about 120 days.

Just get the number right and name of the road close and it will get to you.

becomes
123 Paalm Street

So don't worry about it coming to the same house number as my suspended account?

He means if you misspell it or even use a close zip code it will still get to you.

You can fiddle with the name, address and zip and still get it. They will mark the pkg with a big marker with the correct one on it. as long as its close.

Misspell the name and put the wrong zip

Now you can get away with

You can change all or part of it. As long as its close it will get there and not raise any suspicion with ebay..

They have the service FedEx Smart Post, where FedEx picks up the item and gives it to the P.O for delivery. I haven't looked into all the details, but it sounds like that would work with a P.O box.

With most PO boxes you can give the street address of the building that the po box is located in.

so instead of:

John Doe
PO Box 432
Trenton, NJ 08620

it becomes:
John Doe
123 StreetName Unit 432
Trenton, NJ 08620

Get the street address of the PO box building, and if you are worried, ask the clerk. I've seen UPS and Fed Ex both deliver to our local post office, they just come in and drop the package off with the clerk and the clerk leaves a note for the person with the PO box to come get their additional mail at the desk instead of in the PO box.

I've never thought of that before. Didn't know you could do it with USPS. Has anyone actually used this method with no "warnings" from the postmaster?

No but I would personally leave the PO part off. Just use Box 432 or something like that.

You might get a notice after using PO Box. Not that its a warning, just a correction notice. Then if you keep using it like that maybe a warning.
