a funny thing about ebay
 

ok on the australian ebay it has a contact us link on the top right hand where teh site map and live help is. but when i click on contact us it says 'This page may have moved or is no longer available'.

Slavaja, what a nuisance. OK, you can still get to 'contact us' {only if you are sure that you want to do so}.
I used IE and firefox to test for you:
enter ebay australia
when page opens, go to contact us {as you described}, when the box opens with the message 'the page has moved' go to bottom of page and hit contact us. The next page is Customer Service and item 4 is Contact Us.
ebay.com & ebay UK state that if you wish to contact them, the link is
on the (L) side of each Help page. I will advise when ebay australia
changes fully.
It appears to be a further move to stop users getting help! LOL.
