Ebay refunded buyer
 

I sold some items recently on ebay and was upfront with the buyer as they were posted New other. After he received them he said the box was to dusty and wanted the money back. I was reported to ebay as a fraud, I wrote ebay and explained the guy bought these in new other and after four months they finally gave him his money back. He cried to them telling them he was a power seller.....so what he knew what he was buying. I am receiving collection letters and have never had any intentions of deception. I did everything the rules asked now ebay is sueing me! Any ideas?

Well, if you care about your credit, take care of it :)

As mercurial133 stated - if the account is in your real info, pay up and move on - or continue to fight. eB ay can be ridiculous many times and I feel for you.
