What USA banks located around the KY area offer prepaid bank cards that work for eBay?

Really?? Did you do any search at all on this before posting? Im not going to sit here and list them all out and what cards work but if you do the search you will see this answered time and time again.

Not trying to be a jerk but its easy to find. no sense in starting a whole new thread of something that is out there already many times.

So let me get this straight.. People actually go to a bank, open an account, then add it to a green dot prepaid card? Is that what you're saying?

The banks issue the prepid cards thru authorized resellers, that repackage them. So you can order one online or buy one at Wal-Mart if you want.

MetaBank has about a kazillion resellers.

Its pretty easy to figure out on your own really. Your Location means nothing.

Search prepaid as it has been covered for many years and updated over and over with the changes.

Agree with King, it has nothing to do with your location at all.
