Thanks because the last time I spoke with an e ba y Rep on the phone I asked about e ba y chat and she gave me some crapball excuse about E ba y trying to service buyers and sellers better through phone support and discontinuing e ba y chat support

Yeah I have heard all that too and use chat all the time. The only thing I can think of is that they phase it out in sections or something. Like rolling website changes,
