How does paypal limitations work with eBay?

Whelp PayPal screwed me over pretty good. I wasn't doing anything bad just selling high priced items off Craigslist, like cell phones. My PayPal account was limited but my eBay account is still in good standings. Can I use a different website such as moneybookers or something? Or am I screwed?

Never done stealth before, if someone can message me and give me some advice I would appreciate it =/

Answered your question in another post. Cell phones and tons of money way too fast with no real invoices killed you.

Buy the stea.lth as you should have a long time ago. You made the classic mistake of thinking a real account gives you some magical immunity.
