| | | LoopHole | 08-31-2011 11:29 AM | How many unpaid item cases do you open monthly? I personally hate when i see a person with 0 feedback win my auctions. Most of them never pay. I always try to contact before opening the case. But i always open it after 4 days of non payment to get things moving. Just wondering how many cases you big sellers open. And if you use the automatic ebay case feature. :pop2: |
I don't use the automatic feature but I have had up to 20 unpaid cases open at one time without problems. |
| slapped | 08-31-2011 12:01 PM | Ever since Ebay took away a Sellers ability to leave Negative feedback,,,Unpaid Item cases have gone OUT OF CONTROL on Ebay,,so much so that Ebay Automated the Process,,,and what is worse is that they are continuing to rise,,,also I see that it is FAR worse on Auctions as opposed to "Buy it Now",,,,
So I CANNOT See Ebay having ANY Type of Penality for selleres opening Too Many cases,,,
I Understand that Ebay lately has Been Cracking Down on BUYERS (For a Change) who have too Many of these cases opened against them,,,It is just part of the Game Now |

It sure is annoying but what I hate WORSE is paying FVFs on sales that have not gone through - I don't even bother with cancelling transaction... |

+1. Almost all my listings are BIN with immediate payment required. Sometimes I forget to check "require immediate payment", and the buyer ALWAYS takes several days to pay. So annoying! |
| oompaloompa | 09-01-2011 03:18 PM | about 5 on one account at one time.......depends what you sell, some accounts get virtually none.... |

what I think the deal is, is that they dont understand the "my ebay" page yet and cant figure out the email system yet.
They always look in their email account so they see it. They almost always say they were waiting for an email.
You might try that to see if it lowers your new ebayer non payment percentage. |

Scammers also like to do that as well,,,,They send Copyright Infringment letters to your regular E-Mail as if they were the manufacturer or a Representative of the Manufacturer trying to Scare you into taking Down your Listings,,,,,They are finding out that Simply reporting an Item Just does not work like it used to,,, | | All times are GMT -5.
