30 days to list the same brand/item???
 

Both of my accounts are 3+ months old and I was 3 LV belts I had. One belt was sold successful. After that I tried to sell the other belt, only to realize a big red alert sign from ebay stating I must wait 30 days to list this item.
After viewing that, I went to my other account in which I previously sold a belt there too. I tried to list another belt and it said the same about waiting 30 days.
Is their anyway, I can bypass this stupid restriction or is it something I have to deal with?

Only ways I know are a) create more accounts (yeah it`s blah but apparent) or 2) call up eb - the problem with no. 2 is that if they smell you out, you will get hit with ID verification. You have to go slow with eb.

Genuine LV or foo foo?

This is a nice way for ebay to say...."Hey jackass, we let you see one f.ake one. If you try it again we are going to give you 7 day restriction, or maybe a 30 day selling restriction. And if I dont get laid tonight, then I will just suspend you account."

When you start selling certain brands they have limitations set up - 1 per month is cos the item is high-end, medium-end items will get 10 per mth - low end will get the 21 day hold limitation.

Its there to keep people from selling items they are not supposed to sell. Selling a belt you own and decided not to use is a rare thing and much more than that is obviously a business in their eyes. Kinda true too,

You probably have to sell it in a different category, but if your caught you can be limited.

Yeah, I thought about that too. For instance, listing it in the category unisex belts or something. =/
