Buyers still don't have to contact seller
 

So it seems the new seller protection as usual is just a farce. Buyer still can say they contacted the seller even if they don't and open a case. I reported the buyer, but we all know it won't matter. Just annoying that they supposedly added these functions to help us out and save us from jackholes like many buyers are..Doesn't work!!! The jackholes will open a case and lie on the form to get it open. /sigh And its even harder responding to them in a nice manner after they clearly lied on opening the case... it's so hard lol

How do you know? already got a claim since it went into affect? It might be that they do rolling changes. The update parts of the system at different times. I guess so it isnt all at once and mess up stuff. who know.s give it a bit and I bet it will be working fine.

If it does stay that would surely suck.
