eBay international visibility issue today?

I just noticed today, items listed on ebay.com for example show up right away, while they don't show at all (for 1 hour now) on ebay.co.uk, even with the "international visibility" ticked.

Forgot to mention, this is only happening with new listings. Existing listings are showing fine. Maybe a problem with the indexing?

I had the same problem when I used bulk editing. I had to do manually and yes it was a hassle!

Whenever I list on a new eBay account takes 12-24 hours
