item location

when posting a item for sale. back in the day i used to use USA as location. when using stealth's does it matter in correlation with where the account was set up from.

lets say i had an account burned never sent niche item cuz funds got hemmed up too.

now lets say i wanna re list but worried the item location might get me pinched.

any ideas
