Need new Ebay and Paypal Account

how can I create a new ebay and paypal account without them closing it down again. I have access to 8+ computers here.

I can already tell this is one of those people that wants an account NOW, so they can sell NOW. This should end well

Making new PP and EB accounts is easy. The part of making sure they last is up to you.
i guess you have not sent enough time reading around these forums to be asking those kinds of questions.

My dog can make accounts, but i am only one in my house that knows how to make them last. So keep reading and reading.
