foreigner open a U.S ebay account.
 

Have any one here is a foreigner and have a U.S ebay seller account ? How to open a U.S bank account and withdraw money ?

The thing with ING is they only want US customers, people out of the US they can't help. But you can try it if you want.

There are a few prepaid cards that you can use a bank account for Paypal. Search the forums for more details.

i had an account couple years ago in canada, didnt use it at all, can I use it as a selling account now. I am in Hong Kong now. Will I got suspended for this?
like having a canadian account but use in HK?

How can you get U.S ip address. Poxy ? ebay will know if you use poxy..

No, they won't. I use proxies from the US while in Japan and the accounts are still up after 3+ months.

i use VPN. Modee and others say thats not good to use with ebay, but I had no problems so far, since about 3 months, low volume about $100 week with paypal.
what volume are you doing @ imjustme ? alos paypal ?

About $1200 per week per PayPal account. :D
