Question about stealth
 

Hi there

Not sure if I am putting this in the correct place but here goes

1.Am i right in thinking if i have a mobile internet dongle and i disconnect it and reconnect it between switching accounts this will give me a different ip each time and if so is this ok and does anyone else use this method

2.I have a eb and pp account that i have had for a while now i am thinking of adding another eb account to the paypal if i do this do i have to treat the new eb account like a stealth ie set up a new user account and ip every time i use it

Got a few more questions but i will carry on hunting for the answers on here,just want to get it right first time don't want to waste a bank account

2. You can have no linking between accounts.
