eBay to reinstate suspended account

I received an email this morning from eBay about an account that has been suspended for over a year. I would love to reinstate it but I have a pretty good thing going with my stealth account. What are some ways that I can protect my new stealth account from being linked to the old account? I've thought about the obvious: new ip address, new windows id, and stripping data from pictures - am I missing anything? Thoughts on reinstating?
Here's the letter I got from eBay:

Dear *****,
Your eBay account ***** has recently been reviewed for possible reinstatement of your selling privileges. We'd like to talk to you about the opportunity to sell on eBay again. We'll need you to speak with one of our customer service agents and agree to new terms that the agent will review with you.

just move on. too many people confuse multiple stealth accounts anyways and then end up starting over. if you are on track and on a good path with your current one stick with it. greed can end up with nothing.

If you owe Ebay fees on the closed account they will want you to pay those first. 99% of the time it is just a trick to collect the money. They do not actually re-open the account.

I dont know if this is 100% accurate. But I would imagine if this is recent where you owe the fees, and just pay you will be fine.

I don't owe any fees, actually have a credit balance. I ended up calling on the phone associated with that account and they said this is a pilot program they are offering to a few select members who they feel deserve a 2nd chance at selling. I was told I would have a 15 item/$750 limit for 30 days after which I can request a limit increase. I am not sure how they would be able to link it to my stealth account since I have changed everything (ip address, picture data and windows user).

If you are operating stealth then I would not worry.

I would go for it! I saw another thread today from somebody who got the same email and they got their account back.
