ebay record harddisc/MAC number, right?

we know ebay record the IP address; and one of my partner tell me ebay did track the harddisc number and MAC number

and it's why my st-account is flagged very soon recently

is it correct?

Its not possible to track MAC or HDD as you said , you can be sure they are not tracking. probably your friend was flagged another reason , you should check stealth book

Ebay definitely tracks the account by some other ways besides the IP address,but should not be the harddisc number and MAC number.

the reason why ebay track you is primary your cookies,flash objets in your computer(you must have clean or virgin browser) .,second your Personal information(Address,Phone number etc.),and Third
your IP address.

Thats why many accounts got busted,"People Mistakes"
