VCC Expired for eBay Seller Fees

Hi,

I just created a stealth e Bay account with the VCC which has got only 3 months expiry and I am planning to have it as a kind of BackUP for future.

My question is , if I am not using this e Bay account say for another 6 months. Can I still use the same e Bay account and is it possible to change my VCC at that time to pay my seller fees..?

Please advise.

Yes - but if it's a UK account they will insist on a Paypal accpunt
