Old Ebay Account How To Check Standing
I received am email from ebay showing an item had closed and it said my offer was not accepted, the account is a few years old and they held my funds for the 180 days asked for doc's sent them in they still held for the 180 days then released them over a year or more ago.
The account is near a 1000 with 1 neg but I have not logged into it for a year or more because they let a buyer keep my $800 item then reversed the charge back to me in my favor then 9 months later did a reverse back to him (his c.c. refused p.p. request to honor the charge) and I never got my items back nor the $800 so I told them to kiss the fee's due goodbye I'm not paying them but they can take it out of the monies owed.
They did not take out the fee's (was tied to my p.p. debit card which paid the fee's) but they released the entire amount that was being held and every now and then I would get a call about the balance then a year ago they stopped asking.
This is the first time I received an email from ebay on this account in a while and yes it's from ebay "i think?" what should I do? would like to use it if that's possible because it had no limits on it but the p.p. account the last time I checked shows 2 of the 3 items sent in are checked off I sent in everything but I have not logged into the account either for a year or more.
