Buy it Now changed - now requires only 5 feedback to sell BIN IF you accept PayPal

Unless I missed something it used to be to start using buy it now with feedback it had to be 10 or above.

I just saw it was now 5 and you can start listing buy it now's.
Anyone else see this?

I hope I am not behind here, been off a few days because of health issues and couldnt find it listed.

I set up a new account about 2 weeks ago and tried to list a Buy it Now and was notified that I had to have 5 positive feedback. Not sure when it changed.

It has been 5 since at least 6 months. It's 5 if you accept PayPal. 10 if you don't.

I "accept paypal" and mine is till 10 to do BIN.

"accept paypal" as in you just say it in your listing or "accept paypal" as in you have a verified paypal linked to it?
