suspended /stealth account ip address

i was restricted last week but i still need to ship put some stuff from my suspended account so i need to log into that daily...?is is it safe for my to switch btw the 2 accounts on the same computer...of course i would have user names for each and change the ip address between each? id that good enough?

Diff user accounts to keep cookies separate is good and I hope your registration info is different.
