i just opened 2 ebay accounts without any problems (no cc's for verification).

ip plays a part in this as well it seems i can open about 2-3 new accounts on the same ip then it ask for cc so i change ip clear cookies use a non free email and works just fine

becca073. by better info I mean that there are certain states and ethnic groups that EB is now to treat more lightly.

If that was the case with ethnic groups, then surely that would be looking towards the racist side of things?

so i guess if i use osma bin laden as my acccount name ebay / paypal will think yikes best allow this account we may get bombed... or would say using G W Bush or T Blair get us any preferential or discriminatory treatment.

i doubt there is any treating lightly with ebay. We are all merely ants to them whether white, black, Asian or other

Its all about the IP range, believe me. The address needs to be in the same area as the IP.
