Recurring MC999?

If you receive a MC999 restriction (random ID verification) on a PP account, and send in identity docs to get it lifted, what are the chances of you getting restricted again?

Is it now okay to sell in higher volumes?

Have you been suspended on ebay before?
OR are you receiving large amounts of money in your paypal account?

Neither. It's a fairly new account and only selling about 1 item a week so far. MC999 actually came on the first listing. (i was told eBay is doing this more often to new accts.)

Paypal Asking For Tax Id Is it possible to not provide tax ID or SS#

Paypal is asking me for Tax ID or SS#, I am near the 200 transaction..

I do have some tax ID from past Businesses never use in paypal will that Fly the Tax Id are link to my real name
