Buying Account that has No selling

I have had my paypal account limited a couple months ago.

I was wondering if i would get linked again if I made a new acc with real info but only used for BUYING no selling at all.

I still have an ebay account with my real info which is not suspended so wondering if that can also help ??????

You could still get limited on the buying account - best to change your address details a bit. Even though your eb account is not suspended, that is of no value to your pp account.

My advice would be to do it right and do it yourself, so you know exactly what is going on with the account.

3 different things happening.

limited paypal can only be limited and not used.

creating a new account even to buy may still have troubles.

If you have an untarnished ebay, cherish it. Correctly work out what method.
