Shipped to wrong address...
 

I shipped to the wrong address, but in the same city and state. What do I do?

The carrier will most likely return it to you marked "addressee unknown"

This was shipped with post office. I shipped express mail and the person received it. :( It was for an item over $200.00 My retarted self!

See if you can get details of the person at the address.

If you do, phone them & work out how to get the item back. Bear in mind you are going to have to pay for the postage costs.

Contact the buyer NOW. Make peace with the buyer as soon as you can. I smell 'INR' coming if you don't act. At the least, it might happen in any case that the buyer negs you.

Do not make any threads in Everything Else until you post you resolved this :boink:

That kinda priced item they might keep it. its like finding a wallet on the ground with $200 in it would u keep it or turn it in. some people well keep it others will feel bad and turn it in i guess its all luck of the straw.

I resolved it, it was fowarded to the real owner since he used to live there. :). Im just going to give him a few bucks back it won't hurt me. Thanks everybody!
