anyone having problems editing the ship to address on ebay?
 

I bought an item that i want to ship to a different address, usually that is not a problem, but today when i edited the ship to address, i filled in everything required but it keeps telling me invalid telephone number. the telephone number is valid and legit, anyone else having the same problem?

I know when u have to verfiy the phone # if u use the same phone # to many times that it wont let u use it again it will say the same thing that its invalid.

i have tried inputting different phone numbers without success.
on live chat with them now to see if it can be resolved.

Keep us aware - might be a tech glitch.

ok..indian customer rep is trying to see if he can fix it at his end

he also told me just leave it blank..and it worked....i thought i had to complete the phone part.

I have had many customers try this and it has not worked many times.

I tell them I only ship to a confirmed address and tell them to go in and change the address to the new address.

Many come back and tell me it wont let them.

This is very strange as I have been able to do this with buyer accounts in the past with no problems I can remember.
