Order canceled , monthly selling limit still not given back
 

Hi guy , before i post this to forum , i have been trying to search on google and around the forum , but i dont know exactly how to ask about this case .

i got ebay accout 2 month old , still selling limit is 10/1000 . Lask week i sold for first item about 85 bucks , so i still have $ 915 to sell in this month right ?

2 days ago , i got an iphone 4s , i sell $ 900 . and a buyer without of feedback bought it , pay nothing , i know he is scammer , so i asked him to cancel the order that i can able to relist it again .

He did , but how could i relist an item with only have $15 on selling limit in this month ? Buyer canceled the order , or course i do not received $ 900 , so why Ebay count that i have sold $ 985 this month , and only can sell $ 15 .

That is stupid , I dont understand , could you guy please help me how to solve this case . thanks

Did you actually submit a Transaction Cancellation form, or did you only "cancelled" it verbally?

yes i sent him transaction cancellation form , so he agreed to cancel . but it is till the same like he bought ?

Canceling transactions does not give back anything to your limit. The only way for you to sell this item this month is to start the bidding at .99. And to be honest you will get just as much if not more with a buy it now when starting a high demand item at .99. I have never had one issue with this.

yeah , i just take some of times to see if someone ever got this case and how they solved it . pls help .

Similar thing happened to me, you don't get your limits back.

they just never read. they are like those buyers on eb who never bothers to read the description and second after they recieved the item they start complaining about the things that were written in huge bold red big bright shining letters all over the description.
you see this happening all the time))

i solved it lol , just call to ebay and talk to them about that case , after that they change my limit to higher :D , close thread
