Accidently refunded buyer??
 

Hi. I have a problem. Buyer bought a handbag from me. When she received it, she claims item not described because she thought it was tan and blue but it was white and blue. My description says that its white and blue clearly. Well she didn't even give me a chance to work it out and gave me a negative saying wrong color. Long story short she realized she was wrong and I had her revise the feedback which became a neutral. I'm new at this refund procedure with EBay and accidently refunded her before getting the bag back. Am I screwed now..just hope she returns the bag. Can I do a report buyer if she doesnt return it? Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

Get her to believe you have a friend or a cousin who lives in the next town who can meet her somewhere to pick up the handbag or even come at her house.
Include her address in the message because you want to confirm it for when when they pick it up.
The next day ask her if it would be easier for her, you can send her a box in the mail with the return postage on it for the return.
My guess is she will return the hand bag right away.

I had to resort to this about 2 months ago. I had been selling items to this guy for about six months. So then one day the guy wants a refund.
Without getting into all the specifics, after I refunded it, he said(blatantly) he was going to keep the item for his troubles.:mad:
I basically told him the only reason I trusted him was because I had family in his area, my cousin will be there to pick it up, how it's a small world, yada, yada, yada..
:mad2:I then googled his info and found out his phone number.:bounce: I called him at 7:00 the next morning. Spoke for a minute, he sounded very surprised and told me he would send it back to me right away.

I did all that without threatening him or raising my voice.
I guess surprise is the best element of an attack.

My guess is the 7am wake up call was what did the trick. Good move. You can request their contact info if you have a completed transaction with them from Ebay. Although, a lot of them use fakè numbers like us, but you can always google their address and try to link a phone number on them.

Well, She said she'll send it back but been running back and forth to hospital because her mom had a stroke. I've been patient. She said last Friday...never happened. Then she said yesterday, Monday...never happened. I'll give her few more days...:(..we'll see what happens. Thanks for your advice everyone, I might have to use it.
