When creating accounts do you need a vcc for both your paypal and ebay account? or can you get by using a vcc and bank account number on your paypal to verify and linking them?

VCC for eb ay only if you choose to turn your eb account from buyer to seller by using one. OR you can link the pp - then you would not need a separate vcc.

So, in order to have a sellers account i need to have both an eb ay and pp with vcc's on them? I was thinking all i needed was a verified pp. After linking the verified pp then i can turn my eb ay account into a sellers account.

Your eb does NOT need the vcc - your verified pp would work.

...Simple!
...Create eBay account, Create PayPal by clicking that little button after you just finish creating your eBay account.
...Load VCC or GiftCard with info from the PayPal account and add it to PayPal account.
...Try to sell an item on eBay they will tell you to create a seller accoun, click pay fees with PayPal account.
...DONE!

?Que!? Stop selling high risk items on new accounts!

Sorry to tell ya, but they are doing that even when you don't sell high risk

...Start of slow...dont list on the same day accounts are created, dont list all 10 items you could, start slow with 1 item until the ask to confirm id by phone or email! Works for me for the last 3 years :D

I also have the ability to provide xxxx info to verify the account and also provide a receipt. I just took a long break from selling to go to school and work full time.

Yes , even you didn't sell high price item , you still can't get through the Ebay's verification .Which is the same in China.
All of my date is true and "fresh", am afraid my account can't be passed the verification.
