I used to sell on ebay until my account got suspended,and it turned out that my brother had an ebay account and he sold stuff and either he forgot to send it or just took the money.(I know stupid)

Now I can't get back on it to sell cause when ever I try to make another account(paypal,ebay) I just get suspended cause I don't have another debit/credit card to use except my american express but I don't know will that help.

My IP address is static,I use my phone number,and anybody elses i know,but I just keep getting suspended.

My brother won't pay them cause he owe them lots of money.So I am stuck.I just want to sell 1 thing cause I need the money to pay on something.

You seem very new at this, and your best bet if you want to get back is to buy the stealth guide. The credit card issue is the easiest of your problems, but with a static ip address you are officially stuck, because you will need it to be a dynamic ip address. Static ip addresses do not change, and in order to get back on ebay without being suspended again and again, you will need a fresh ip address, which can be obtained through a dynamic ip address.

Where are you getting your internet access from? Home?

Welcome to the forums. You should first either read around the forum +/- get the eb ay stealth guide to understand how the method works.

Get temp phone number from a web service - make new user account - get prepaid card - get new IP (dial-up, your smartphone, dynamic, whatever) and away you go.
