Not For Profit Organization

Anyone run a not for profit organization? I was thinking of setting one up strictly through ebay for someone with cancer and have 5-10% of all my sales go to that organization. It is pretty easy to set up and link to ebay, but I was just wondering if anyone has done this?

Here are the positives I see out of this.

- Ultimately helps financially for that particular person/family

- Tax benefits

- eBay Benefits / Shows you donate on all listings
