$1000 selling limit vs. $5000 selling limits
 

Hey Guys, I have opened 4 accounts lately, 2 are under my sister and dads and the other is 2 Stealth accounts which I purchased from doughboykilla. The ones I purchased only have $1000 selling limits but my families accounts automatically had $5000 selling limits they day I made them and I was able to post some HIGH END stuff with no limitations or suspensions yet. Any ideas to why eBay has 2 different selling limits right when you open an account?

Yes, that registered information is checked and can decide your limitations in the beginning.

100 items/$5,000 only goes to accounts where the registered information is legit and confirmed or you have an old account with solid selling history.

how to get off 1000$/10 items limit? please reply

im only asking because I have used real people real addy, apox age, ect (I didnt know their DOB) and it never helped

the question is how do you get past the 5k limit ive had this limit for the last 3 months after starting with 1k then 2k and i'm afraid to call again to increase my limit lol

well i noticed the last time i was increased they sent me a message through ebay saying after 1 month i can call or reply to the message to get my limit increased again well that message was nearly 90 days ago so i replied to it saying i still have 100% positive feedback and to review my account to increase my limit what are the chances they increase it again

If they ask you to call, they will want business plan/idea and supplier invoices.

the first two times i called to increase they asked me about my business plan but didnt ask for invoices or anything i just didnt feel like calling again and being on the phone for half an hour so i desided to email them this time

I know on one of my stealth accounts I only had 5 feedback but the account was 90 days old and they asked what I would mostly be selling and actually asked where I would be getting it from. I gave them a supplier and they lifted it to 2k and/or 30 items whichever comes first.

what ****in luck i get a message back saying to reapply again on or after 12/10/2011 to get my limit lifted in the message it said to work on unresolved disputes some asshole opened a dispute on me last night saying he didnt get his item then he removed it today after he received it so they reviewed my account when i had an open dispute what ****ing luck i tell ya!
