Has anyone tried Skype for phone veri?

Any of you guys use skype for phone veri?
Skypes now owned by microsoft, so it should be ok right?
Im thinking about buying an online number, but before i do, have u guys used skype and do i need any extra hardware for it to work?

eBay still owns 30% of skype you can use skype but i would recommend to use spoof card over it and you can change your number to show up any way you would like and there is no way for ebay to trace the call because you call a 1800 number first i have done it before and i worked great
