Does anybody have the extensions for Presidents or something? as in a president or something along the lines that could actually help me thats not in india and does not understand whats going on?

Hell, most of the time, I'd settle for speaking to a rep in the USA.

I don't say that out of any type of racism. The fact is, unless someone is EXTREMELY well versed in everyday conversation in a specific language, there will be a communications barrier. I don't need someone reading from a script. I already looked at the website and read the TOS. Now, I need someone who can actually UNDERSTAND what I am saying and help me to resolve the situation.

Ive never had anyone from another country answer or call me when I speak with them. Not with EB and PP that is.

I originally speaked to someone in the us then the sent me to a account specialist and thats when i was talk to someone in India and they were zero help and had no idea what was going on
