eBay will not let me sell more than 10 items 3 month old account with 20+ feedback
 

eBay says it cannot verify the stealth info thus I cannot sell more than 10 items a month.

Paypal holds pmt for 20 days.

Question is will a vcc resolve this issue?

Please suggest clearly what I should do.

What he said. I JUST NOW went from 10 to 20, and it took 5 months. Over 20 positive feedback, DSRs 4.9 across the board.

It doesn't matter. Under your profile, you must have have enough transactions for the DSRs to be shown, and must be 4.9 or higher for all of the areas.

Unless you can click on "raise selling limits" and then pass the identity verification (or call eb), it will take much longer than 90 days to get decent limits. Eb help pages still talk about 90 days and a few other qualifications, but most people seem to be experiencing low limits for long periods of time. I have 6mo+ old accounts that are barely to 20items/$1500 per month...
